Coach Doc?
WHO IS
Doc grew up in East Lansing, MI, home of Michigan State University where his father worked in sports medicine. Doc came from a great family and had a great relationship with his dad, accompanying him to countless sporting events in the community over the years and proudly being recognized as sidekick to his dad the team physician. Doc eventually went off to college and walked on the football team at Eastern Michigan University.

WHY THE NAME
Known as Coach Doc to his students in the community, he is commonly asked, “what do you coach?” To which he replies, “People and life.” His life philosophy is everyday is a new day to courageously lead himself and others to be great. He is currently on track to fulfill his life goal of being the most encouraging man in the world, which requires him being the most encouraging man in the moment.

the role that
Doc lives in Los Angeles, CA where he is a husband, father (and grandfather). He is also a Pastor, teacher, coach and actor and serves as the Senior Pastor of Christ Community Church. He also teaches, coaches and still occasionally participates in the entertainment industry as a member of SAG since 2005.
